REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Dear Valued Customer,

IF STOCK IS SHORT A CREDIT NOTE SHOULD BE PASSED IMMEDIATELY.

No damaged / expired stock may be returned for credit – Please ensure your stock is verified and checked that it is in order before leaving the Oasis Premises.
Stock that is damaged outside the Oasis Premises will not be allowed to be returned for credit or to be exchanged.
Should a product have a quality defect then the customer must return the Full case for approval – No single returns will be accepted.
A credit note will be passed on the customers account.

NO CASH REFUNDS will be issued for stock returns – Customers must please ensure that their order is correct before leaving the till points.

SHOULD A CREDIT NEED TO BE PASSED, THERE WILL BE (2) OPTIONS:

1. Exchange the returned product for a different product

2. A credit will be passed on your account for you to use on your next visit / purchase.

CREDITS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED AFTER 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE, A VALID INVOICE NEEDS TO BE PRESENTED FOR ANY RETURNS.
